RMU provides full-time and regular part-time employees with Paid Time Off (PTO) for vacation, illness or personal time. Employees accrue PTO monthly, beginning in January, up to the maximum available to them. PTO days are based on years of service and/or employment category. Employees are permitted to carry over five days into the calendar year. Employees part of a collective bargaining agreement should see the applicable contract for more details on PTO.
