This resource was designed to assist employees with Human Resources procedures related to RMU's talent.  There are pages dedicated to reviewing the procedures for RMU Talent Track, recruiting an open position, administering employee changes, part-time faculty management and the performance management cycle.  Please continue to visit as we will be adding additional resources in the future.
