OVERVIEW

This resource was designed to assist employment managers with procedures for managing RMU's talent.  Currently, we have a page dedicated to reviewing the procedure for recruiting an open position, administering employee changes, and part-time faculty management.  Please continue to visit as we will be adding additional manager resources in the future.

POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT: Hiring Delay

Effective June 1, 2017, a six month hiring delay for all newly opened full-time staff and faculty positions will be implemented. The delay begins on the date the position is vacated. Areas will be required to wait four months to post and six months to hire all newly opened positions.
