Associate Programmer Analyst/Programmer Analyst
The Human Resources Department announces the position of Associate Programmer Analyst/Programmer Analyst reporting to the Director, Enterprise Applications.

This position is responsible for developing and testing new applications and changes to existing applications for client/server, internet, and mobile platforms. This position is also responsible for the documentation pertaining to these changes. 

Responsibilities include: meeting with internal customers or working on a project team to define requirements for application projects; developing applications and small systems under the guidance of a more senior Information Technology employee; documenting progress, presenting prototypes and working with others to ensure assignments are on track; testing applications from unit level through system level; developing user and technical documentation; and performing related duties as required. 

Minimum Qualifications:
  • One of the following: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or related field; or 1-2/4-6 years of programming experience with a Bachelor’s Degree as specified above in progress. 
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following disciplines: PL/SQL, MS SQL, Cobol, MYSQL, C, C#, Java, HTML. 
  • Ability to follow direction and assimilate written requirements. 
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
