For 2015-2016, RMU seeks faculty candidates who will exemplify the teacher-scholar model in the following academic discipline.
 
Assistant/Associate Professor - Accounting.  (Two Positions)

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Accounting, or be an ABD near completion, from an AACSB accredited school. Candidates must be committed to teaching excellence and have an established scholarly record, or the potential for scholarly productivity consistent with the AACSB standards. Excellent communication skills are required and candidates must be able to fully engage with students and other stakeholders. All areas of accounting teaching and research will be considered.

Lecturer, Management 
 
An MBA or an MS in a business discipline is required; however, preference will be given to those applicants holding a terminal degree. Qualified candidates are sought in General Management, with teaching interests in Principles of Management, Business Statistics and Quantitative Analysis, and Entrepreneurship. Industry and previous teaching experience are preferred. The ability to teach multiple management courses is desirable. 
 

Candidates are expected to display a strong commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching in an experiential educational program as well as advising first and second year management students. The successful candidate will have also demonstrated significant oral and written communication skills necessary for interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues in the School of Business.
